Pastis de Nata for breakfast was a nice touch, also the freshly squeezed orange juice that you make on your own. The WiFi was working good all the time, the cleanliness is on a good level and the location is relatively close to the metro station although not exactly at the center of the city. The personnel is nice and smiling, always at disposal.

Excellent service at the reception, very helpful, patient, always ready to help. Location very close to the metro station in beautiful, green area, some nice restaurants and grocery shops nearby. Breakfast was very tasty with good variety of products, including cheese, ham, eggs, yogurts and cakes. Comfortable beds, spotlessly clean rooms.

The location is at reasonable price, 15 mins car ride to airport so it’s convenient for travellers who has to catch an early flight. The room can suit two ppl with large luggages ^^ TV is new so we enjoyed sone TV time there. The bathroom is large, the room totally exceed my expectation The staff here were so attentive! The basin in the bathroom seemed stuck so we called the reception to fix it. The housekeeping almost come up at once and they even cleaned the whole bathroom (not only the basin) after fixing it.

The facilities at the hotel were as you would expect but the breakfast was exceptional - an excellent choice and very fresh. The restaurant at the hotel was a pleasant surprise as it was not advertised that there was a restaurant. Pizzas were very good and there was a large tv so we could watch sport at the same time. We were also able to park right outside the hotel.

Super friendly staff. Very clean and well equipped apartments. Great location - plenty of options for food, access to tram / metro, and set amongst beautiful Lisbon buildings.

Near metro blue line Praca de Espana (no lift/elevator available in this station, only stairs), then 5 minutes on foot to hotel. Entry via the parking gate (back entrance?) and take lift to hotel lobby. We were lucky that a woman showed us where the lift is located in the parking lot. Room amenities: standard of Ibis hotel Nearby: a small park, restaurants (most closed on Sunday I think), Auchan minimarket

The staff on reception were excellent, polite but friendly and made us feel very welcome. They explained everything very clearly. Also the bar staff were great and we liked the availablity of food and drink at all hours. The breakfast was really excellent with a huge choice of breads, cold meats and cheeses, fresh fruit, yoghurt, pastries. Beautifully presented and available from 6.30 to noon. Only a few minutes walk from the Praca de Espanha metro. Comfortable bed.

The staff were friendly and kind. I called to ask questions over the phone and they were able to answer all my questions. The lady I spoke to over the phone was very sweet. The whole staff spoke English so that was helpful. They do luggage storage. The room is a decent size for the prize you pay. It was clean and the bathroom was a good size. There’s no air conditioner but it wasn’t extremely hot when we were there so it wasn’t a big issue. We also walked around the hotel and it felt safe. There was a mini park close by in the back. It’s the staff that makes this place worth it.

The Hotel is just like all the other Ibis. It provides good quality basic services, which was suitable for us. The breakfast is varied and plentiful, the wifi is fast, the rooms are clean. The windows are good sound insulators, the noise of the airplanes is not heard.
